Spirit Oil can be rubbed right onto your body, the most popular places being on the back of your neck, your third eye, and on your temples. You may also dab some on your sacral chakra area. Use Spirit Oil in the bath, on your journals, inside your vehicle, or even at the workplace. It is wonderful to use if you practice yoga, reiki, or meditate. 

One of the best ways to use Spirit Oil is by setting up an altar using personal items from your ancestors, or you can also simply use some of their photos. On a piece of paper write the names of those with whom you wish to communicate and put the paper in a bowl of water. Place this bowl on the altar you’ve created. Take a little Spirit Oil and add it to the water. Then, take a white candle and anoint it with Spirit Oil by drawing the oil up from the bottom of the candle to the wick, being sure the wick is pointing toward your body. Place this in a candle holder next to the bowl of water. Light the candle, close your eyes, and say a prayer. Allow the candle to burn and focus on listening, as this may help you feel your ancestors' presence.
