when showering start from top to bottom I usually start from my shoulders and work my way down to my feet it helps to release and let go. If u can air dry it would be a big help if not its ok too!! just pat dry with a white towel. Its made with healing herbs they are blended finely so they wont hurt your skin. And with healing oils to help release and let go. Sensitive skin friendly 🤍 they are about 4oz and i add a small bag of healing herbs and crystals on the side all charged and ready 💜
